Bergel & Projansky Acquitted

On March 16, 2007, three Oregon citizens, Bob Projansky, Michael Glaze and OPW Director Peter Bergel were arrested attempting to enter the World Trade Center to visit Sen. Gordon Smith. They were doing nothing objectionable, yet they were not allowed to pass the front doors because the security personnel thought they "might" refuse to leave. They were threatened with arrest, but delined to leave and were arrested.
